Trakto is factory management software for small and mid-sized Indian manufacturers. It covers production, inventory, purchase, sales and costing. The Trakto mobile app (iOS and Android) is the companion to the Trakto web platform and uses the same account and live data.

How do I get a Trakto login?

Trakto accounts are created for each company by its Trakto administrator. There is no self sign-up in the app. If your company already uses Trakto, ask your administrator to create a login for you. If you're a manufacturer interested in using Trakto, email us and we'll set up a demo.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen and follow the link sent to your email. If you don't get the email, check your spam folder or ask your company administrator to help.

Why can't I see some screens or actions?

Your company administrator decides what each person can see and do, based on their role. For example, some users may not see purchase rates or costing. Ask your administrator if you need more access.

Is the data on the mobile app the same as on the web?

Yes. The mobile app and the web app use the same account and the same live data. Anything you record on your phone shows up on the web right away, and anything changed on the web shows up on your phone.

While an ERP manages the entire business (HR, Finance, Sales), MRP software focuses specifically on the workshop. Production planning, inventory control, and scheduling. For many Indian MSMEs, starting with a lean MRP is more cost effective than a bloated ERP.

DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT AND DATA

To delete your Trakto user account, email siddhant@trakto.tech from the email address you log in with, or ask your company administrator to remove your access. We'll confirm when your account has been deleted, usually within [7] days.

Business records your company created in Trakto, such as production logs, stock and orders, belong to your company. They're kept or deleted as your company's administrator asks. If you're an administrator and want to delete your company's whole account and data, email us and we'll help you through it.
