Delete User Account

Delete your Trakto account

To request deletion of your Trakto account and its data:

1. Email support@trakto.tech from the email address you use to log in to Trakto.

2. Use the subject line "Account deletion request".

3. Include your name and your company's name.

We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted: your login (email and password), your name, your phone number and your profile.

What we keep: business records you created under your company (sales orders, dispatches, purchase records, stock entries and production logs). These belong to your company account, and Indian GST and accounting law requires them to be kept for up to 8 years. If your company's owner asks for the whole company account to be deleted, all of this data is deleted after that period ends.

Crash reports, if any exist, are deleted automatically within 90 days.
